Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: All standard canvas orders are shipped within 5 working days. Please note that personalised canvas prints (which are non-standard prints) and personalised bunting can take up to 10 working days to be shipped, due to the additional work involved in producing them. If you need your personalised items more quickly please email us in the 'contact us' section of our website, so that we can review your request.
Q: What delivery service do you use?
A: We use Royal Mail first class recorded delivery for smaller items and a next day recorded courier service for larger ones.
Q: How much will my postage cost?
A: Postage prices are based on weight. Smaller items will generally cost £2.95. Individual prints and sets of prints cost £4.95 delivery with the exception of the 'On Safari' set of 4 prints which is charged at £7.95 due to the extra bulk.
Q: How much does a YabbaYabba canvas print cost?
Q: I love one of your designs but the colours don’t go with my child’s room, can the colours be changed?
A: We can change colour schemes on our designs. Please and e-mail us your requirements so that we can give you a quote for how much this additional artwork will be charged at.
Q: How do I hang my canvas prints?
A: Your print(s) can be hung on simple hanger fixings as they are not heavy, making them quick and easy to put up.
Q: I am looking for a particular theme which you don’t have, can my theme be made up?
A: We want new ideas to be sent into YabbYabba all the time to help us create the look you want. Just email us at ideas@yabbayabbaonline.co.uk and we will let you know if your theme is one we have in the pipeline!
