YabbaYabba will pay a full refund to customers who are unhappy with the quality of their print(s) and return their canvas print(s) in good quality (i.e. the condition they were sent out to the customer in). Refunds will not be given to customers who are unhappy with the design, colour scheme or logo on the canvas print. In addition, YabbaYabba are unable to refund unwanted gifts. Refunds
If your products have been damaged during delivery please refuse the delivery. All refund enquiries are to be sent to service@YabbaYabbaOnline.co.uk. Canvas Print Care The prints are not designed to be handled – please avoid touching the print surface to ensure the print quality is maintained. Although they may resist a light splashing, contact with water should be avoided and they should not be wiped with any kind of damp/wet cloth. YabbaYabba prints are not washable and refunds will not be made where a print has been cleaned causing damage to the print. The prints are not toys and should not be used as such.
